This pants is specially designed to fit over the Pavlik brace or similar. Made from super soft stretch cotton fabric, these pants are put on over the head and then snapped closed from ankle to ankle. These pants do not interfere with the straps of the brace in any way, the waistband is made from a soft stretchy rib fabric. To deliver the best sizing, we compiled a database of over 300 measurements of babies wearing the brace. Using this, we are confident of a great fit. Just order based on your baby’s age.

Hip Happy Clothes
In 2014, when my niece Belle was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and fitted with the Pavlik Brace, my sister Elaine found it impossible to find suitable clothes, so she turned to me. I designed and made pants that fitted well, were easy to put on and washed and wore well.
